I think Sett's W should have a little buff, don't increase the dmg but make it a little more easier to gain grit, add in a slight slow effect in order to hit W since it's mostly what he's known about, his dmg all in all is nice and I can say he's pretty balanced based on the matches I've played, he can lose easily or win easily it all depends on the player.
