  1. Maybe the reason why gun skins are expensive is because there are only a limited amount of guns. Some people are just fine with just one skin per gun. And maybe Riot is taking thatvinto account. This is just a theory btw.

  2. Bruv the max price has to be 20 dollars for knifes and op. And then 17 for vandal and phantom
12 for specter and smg and stuff.
10 for everything else because the main weapons are the higher priced ones already

  3. I don't mind spending money on skins but what I do mind is having to pay extra money to unlock the full effects and colours for the skins. That fact that someone who does buy these skins pays that premium of 71 usd and then spend extra money to fully upgrade everything is absolutely absurd because we are talking about 100+ usd and in the case of the elder flame bundle like 300+. I know people say that oh you don't have to buy this stuff but just because the purchase is optional doesn't make it any more right for them to charge such and expensive price for the people who do want to support the devs. For the same amount of money as the elder flame bundle + to fully upgrade them you buy the Xbox series s and the game pass to a whole library of games for cheaper than that bundle. I understand riot needs to make money since the game is free and we do get free content outside of skins, but there is a line that needs to be drawn and a compromise that needs to be created so we the players feel value out of purchases instead of regretting our purchase after we have bought them.

  4. Valorant skins are quite expensive, but some of them are worth such as oni skins and prime vandal. I just hope Riot opens all the skins at the store so I can buy whatever skins anytime. It's so massed up that I can not buy the skins that I want cause its not at the store. Seems like Riot does not want to earn their $

  5. I havent bought anything yet, not even the battlepass.
The only skin i could see me purchasing would be a sakura one, but atm they are way too pricey.
If I could resell em later, sure I'll pay for it, but like this? Na, ill keep my change

  6. Like at least put some more affort into the skins man….. Like prime had all the vfx and then moving forward they just slowly get rid of every vfx on 7.1k bundles

  7. I feel the only thing that is actually worth it in valorant in the battlepass, and I made myself wait until I was at least tier 25 before I even considered buying it

  8. I also spent like 25€ on my Asiimov AK in CS, only difference is I know that I can re-sell the skin at approximately the same price I purchased it for. So if I grow tired of it, I can simply re-sell it and draw even or have, at worst, a loss of like 5€ or something. If I buy a 20€ Valorant skin, and decide that I don't like it anymore in let's say 5 months from now, I lost 20€ so to speak. No way to get the money back, no way to refund, nothing. You can only have one skin equipped at the time, so why should I continue spending money on skins in the future? Valorant is only a few months old and they have already released so many skins, and I don't see them slowing down. I think the skin model will not work long term, bc at some point even the most die hard fan will not be willing to spend money on new skins.

  9. I could go ahead and share my experience of how shitty the valorant sub is and how controlled they like to keep their posts / image but that would be just another shot in the dark. I truly feel that Riot has to be hit with a hefty reality check by the US government in line with the tencent involvement. At least that might help pulling their heads out of their degenerate greedy asses.

  10. Regardless of what you think of the skin prices in general, the Ego skins are objectively overpriced compared to the other skins. Which is a real shame bc they look great imo.
I would have bought the Ego Vandal when it appeared in my store if it only cost 1275 like the other no-animation skins. But at 1775 the Ego skins should be re-styled including animations, sound and finisher like the Reaver and Prime skins which are also at 1775
